A warm gem in the city
The location was fantastic, nestled between plenty of charming eateries, and just a short stroll from the iconic Haji Lane. The staff, especially Alice, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Although we didn't dine in, it was comforting knowing good options were just around the corner.
However, the room was quite compact, making it challenging to store our luggage properly. The decor felt a bit dated, and I noticed some marks that could use a quick touch-up. Additionally, the lobby gave a less inviting first impression compared to the experience inside the room.

The room itself feels quite cramped with minimal storage, making it tricky for families with more luggage. While the shower pressure is excellent, water tends to overflow due to the lack of a proper separation from the bathroom area, leading to a slightly soggy floor. Additionally, there’s no dining facility on-site. guests might find the lack of a restaurant or coffee shop a bit inconvenient, especially during late hours. Also, the windows do not open, limiting fresh air flow.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to Kampong Glam and Haji Lane, making it easy to explore local culture. There's a bus stop right across the road, perfect for catching the hop-on/hop-off tourist bus. Plus, we appreciated the numerous restaurants and convenient stores in the area.
The hotel appeared more modern in photos than in reality.

Comfortable stay in a strategic location
I really enjoyed my two-night stay in the Deluxe Double Room, where the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room pleasantly cool. Plus, I loved how easy it was to explore the vibrant surroundings, with plenty of nearby restaurants and the convenience of a 7-11 right across the road. However, I found the room a bit small, which made it challenging to move around with our luggage.

would definitely return here
stayed in a deluxe double room for 2 nights. the air conditioning was super cold and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. enjoyed the complimentary bottles of water and nice toiletries like shampoo and body soap. the location was fantastic, only a 6-minute walk to the MRT and loads of halal restaurants around.

Room felt clean and inviting, with a fresh scent from aromatherapy options. The bed provided solid comfort, ensuring good sleep throughout my stay. I appreciated the location, just a short walk to the vibrant Arab Street and Haji Lane, making it easy to explore the area’s eateries and shops. Staff helped with various local recommendations and were available for queries. However, the size of the room was a drawback. it got cramped with luggage. The bathroom also felt small with inadequate separation, leading to water issues on the floor. The check-in process was a bit lacking. I was met with indifference from the receptionist, which didn’t start the stay on the best note. While there’s no dining on-site, multiple restaurants nearby made up for it. Overall, a mixed bag experience.

The room felt clean and inviting, with comfortable beds. The shower area turned super wet due to no door separating it from the rest of the bathroom.
